Once you’ve made your selections and we’ve confirmed your booking, our reliable cleaners will arrive fully equipped and ready to get to work. You can stay in touch with your cleaners through our easy online communication platform before, during, and after the service.
Do you offer green cleaning products?
Yes, our cleaners can use eco-friendly supplies to effectively clean your home. Our green cleaning products are powerful against dirt and grime, but leave no harmful chemical residues—just a fresh, clean space. These products are safe for both your health and your pets. If you'd like us to use green cleaning products, simply let us know in advance, and we’ll ensure your home is cleaned with environmentally conscious solutions.
How long does a cleaning service take?
The duration of your cleaning session depends on the type of service you select. For example, a deep cleaning will take longer than a regular cleaning due to the more detailed and time-intensive tasks involved.
If you add extra services—like cleaning inside the oven or fridge—it will extend the time as well. The overall condition and size of your home are also factors that determine how long the cleaning will take.

Do I have to be home?
No, you don't need to be home. Just provide us with access, such as a lockbox code or garage code. If you won’t be home, we kindly ask that you secure any pets to ensure a smooth cleaning process.
Do I need to prepare for your arrival?
We recommend tidying up any clutter and clearing surfaces you'd like cleaned. For example, if you'd like your desk cleaned, please remove any items so our cleaners can easily access it!
What benefits do I receive as a recurring customer?
FFirst, you’ll receive up to 15% off! Second, we’ll always send the same team to your home so you can feel comfortable, and they’ll know exactly what you need each time. Lastly, we set up standing appointments—so if every other Tuesday morning works best for you, we’ll be there like clockwork without you needing to reschedule!
How do I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, so you never have to worry about having cash on hand. You can even add tips to your card for your cleaners!
While we take your payment information to secure your booking, you won’t be charged until after the cleaning is completed. The night before your appointment, we’ll place a hold on your card for the booking price to ensure your payment info is accurate.

What is your satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not satisfied with your cleaning, simply contact us within 24 hours. We'll promptly send a team to address and fix any problem areas!
What is the cancellation policy?
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled cleaning, a $50 cancellation fee will apply. We reserve this time slot just for you, and last-minute cancellations make it difficult for us to fill that spot.

Yes, your payment is processed through a secure 256-bit protocol, and we use a fully validated SSL to encrypt your personal data. Our credit card processor, Stripe, also utilizes a secure 256-bit protocol for payment processing. We do not store any payment information in our office or software.
